The liquor makes an excellent pairing with dishes that show its characteristics in familiarity, such as ‘Hanchi Sundae,‘ squid filled with pork and mushroom stuffing, and ‘Mushroom,‘ with the flavors of pine mushrooms and smoked pine needles.
