Bartender Lim Byeong-jin, who is famous for creative cocktails that actively use Korean alcoholic beverages and seasonal ingredients grown in Korea, opened this bar in a Korean house, or hanok. In the summer, the bar serves ‘Haman Punch‘ made with watermelon. One of its unique cocktails is the chunjang cocktail named after Incheon, the city popular for its Chinatown. The oak interior offers a comfortable space suited to the quiet alleys of Seochon. Sister bars “Bar Pomme“ and “Cham in Season“ are located nearby.
