This patisserie serves premium desserts made with seasonal fruits. Chef Lee Jae- in uses Korean ingredients for European dessert recipes. Lee also uses ingredients that are not often used in desserts, such as agastache lemon tart and burdock mille- feuille. A variety of teas and liquors to enjoy with the desserts are available, too, and cocktails are made upon order.
