A French-style patisserie located in a residential alley in Bangbae-dong, Maison M.O is run by a married patissier couple, Tetsuya Otsuka and Lee Min-sun, who met at “Pierre Hermé Tokyo.“ Classic recipes that consider five elements - sweet, sour and salty flavors along with aroma and texture - unfold with a sensibility unique to the shop. A variety of baked cookies and delicate gateau have earned high praise, and this place is also famous for madeleines and financiers.
