This place is known locally as a “mecca for vegans.“ It reinvented itself as a dining bar where you can enjoy vegetarian tapas with vegan wine this September. It is notable for its dishes made using local delicacies. Its signature dishes are ‘Water Parsley Cream Pasta‘ made with water parsley grown in bedrock water from Cheongdo, Gyeongsangnam-do, and sunflower seeds in a cream sauce, and ‘Sweet Pumpkin and Potato Gnocchi‘ made with red potatoes from Jeju-do and Gangwon-do.
