The Green Table
Since 2009, Chef Kim Eun-hee has been presenting Korean French cuisine that emphasizes the seasonal tastes of Korea. By combining cooking techniques inspired by Korean cuisine, such as temple food and ancient cooking recipes, the restaurant creates delicate dishes available only in Seoul. You can appreciate the charm of colorful vegetables such as Jinju onions, Gashiri water parsley, and Geoje-do bamboo shoots, as well as seasonal herbs and flowers.
