This Korean fine dining establishment in Seoul and New York is run by Chef Yim Jung-sik, who developed a new concept called “New Korean” in the domestic and international gastronomy market. Familiar Korean dishes and ingredients are recreated with novel ideas while maintaining an extraordinary balance of flavors. Signature dishes include ‘Bibim,‘ a caprese salad made in the bibimbap style, and ‘Gimbap‘ made with bulgogi rice wrapped in crispy fried laver.
