This is a Korean restaurant run by the traditional culture research institute Onjium. Chef Cho Eun-hee, the master of royal cuisine of the Joseon Dynasty, and chef Park Sung-bae research and recreate recipes handed down from ancient recipe books and local gentry houses, while presenting dishes developed to suit contemporary styles by combining new ingredients and methods suitable for modern times. Last year, they compiled a book that researched the food of the Goryeo Dynasty, the root of Korean food, continuing their steady research on Korean food.
