Chef Kwon Woo-joong presents elegant Korean fine dining that recreates Korea’s high-end “single table cuisine“ in a modern way. Single elegant dishes are prepared with a creative combination of precious ingredients, as suggested by the restaurant’s name, which derives from “suksu,“ the professional male chefs of the Joseon royal court. All dishes contain the rich flavor of fermentation using homemade soy sauce, kimchi, salted seafood, and pickles.
