    The restaurant first opened in Cheongdam-dong in 1988, specializing in aged Korean beef. The restaurant has as many loyal customers as it has a long history, and serves top grade beef aged at low temperatures for 2-3 weeks in a carefully controlled environment. The menu features specialty cuts such as tenderloin, which is a high-end cut, and thin skirt (anchangsal), which is only available in small quantities for each cow. Even the accompanying side dishes and jjigae are served with deep flavor.
