This immersive program aims to highlight the city’s distinctive culinary identity. Additionally, during the Taste of Seoul, over 120 establishments will participate in Seoul Restaurant Week. Participants include award-winning restaurants from the 100 Taste of Seoul Awards, as well as leading department stores like Lotte, The Hyundai, and Shinsegae, along with Gyeongdong Market’s Seoul Family (Youth Mall). Seoul Announces '100 Taste of Seoul' Selected by 45 Korean Food Experts - The city government has annually announced 100 restaurants and bars that represent Seoul’s gourmet culture for the last five years - From Fri, Nov. 8 to Thu, Nov. 14, the city hosts the ‘Taste of Seoul 2024,’ an invitation to Seoul’s gastronomic scene As K-food continues to draw global attention, the Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) announced ‘100 Taste of Seoul,’ a list of restaurants and bars recommended by 45 Korean gourmet curators and experts ahead of the upcoming Taste of Seoul event. The city government also announced ‘50 Plant-Based Restaurants of Seoul,’ which include brunch places and Buddhist temple foods, in keeping up with the latest trends that highlight the health of the planet Earth and the value of sustainable gastronomy.
